If you received a damaged product or the items received do not correspond to the order you placed, Urnes Raymond  manufacturer of wooden funeral urns, is there to help you. We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. You can return your product in exchange for a replacement or a refund.

However, certain exceptions apply to our return and exchange policy, here they are:

• Items personalized with identification directly on the item are not refundable, they can only be replaced by an identical product or of equal value.

• Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging,

• Ashes must not have been deposited in the items to be returned.
